Pseudoscience Fair with James Randi at Auraria Campus (4/2)

The Auraria Campus Atheists are putting on a one of a kind Pseudoscience Fair on the Auraria Campus in Denver on April 2nd. The event will run from 10 am - 3:30 pm. This event focuses on raising awareness about good science and critical thinking by debunking and satirizing the nonsense of non-science in the style of a traditional science fair. Participants are encouraged to present either by themselves or join up in small groups on one of many hundreds of pseudosciences in existence. Participants will put their "data" on a trifold, and present them to curious passerby's. Like any good science fair presentation; props and simple demonstrations are also encouraged. There will be awards and prizes for the top 3 projects based on their appearance, creativity (not counting faked data), and educational value at showing why the pseudoscience is bad. Afterward, the Amazing James Randi will be giving a talk, and will both judge and be presenting the awards for best trifolds. The event is free and open to the public. Sign up for your presentation on their facebook page.

As a reminder, this is a basic trifold layout. However, participants are encouraged to be as creative as possible in their design.
